What we collect

Search details you enter, such as places, dates and the number of travellers, so we can show results and open the right partner page.

Basic technical data such as your browser, device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

When you click through to a partner, we record that click so the partner can credit the referral to FYAVO.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store passport details, payment card numbers or account passwords. Those are entered only on the partner's website when you book.

Partners and cookies

Our travel partners and affiliate networks may set cookies on your device when you click a partner link, to track the referral.

Each partner's own privacy policy applies once you are on their website.

Cookies FYAVO sets

FYAVO itself sets only two preference cookies: fyavo_region (your country) and fyavo_currency (your currency), so prices show the way you chose. They contain no personal details.

We may use the error-monitoring service Sentry to find and fix problems on the site. When a page fails, technical details of the error, such as the browser and the page address, are sent to Sentry.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, although partners may not be able to credit a referral.
